Recently, it is learned from LYC headquarters that the rolling mill bearings developed by LYC specially for a famous Chinese steel maker were trialed on the customer’s equipment and the service lives reached and even exceeded SKF bearings. These bearings are developed to replace the imported bearings and the bearings used for the line at the customer’s plant before were principally SKF ones.
